Pacrim Participates Program – How To Get Started
It’s easy to become a Pacrim Participates member, and once you are a member, you’ll instantly be on your way to unbeatable rates, exclusive discounts, and VIP treatment at each of our hotels.
- First, our Sales Managers identify your company’s annual room nights and travel budget
- Together, we build a rate program that puts your business first
- A signed agreement confirms our partnership
- At no additional cost to you, Pacrim Participates provides an online reservation service customized to your organization, toll-free reservation and information service, and detailed room night tracking reports
Pacrim Participates Program - Terms & Conditions
- Agreement is valid until the following December 31.
- Rates are based on standard rooms.
- Rates are not available in combination with any other discount or group rates.
- Rates are net, non-commissionable.
- Membership within the Pacrim Participates Program is complimentary.
- The Pacrim Participates Program’s membership benefits are offered at the sole discretion of Pacrim Hospitality Services Inc. Membership is for the restricted use of the individual member and is non-transferable.
- Room night credits for Pacrim Participates Program are for individual travel only. Only one Pacrim Participates Program member will receive credit for a stay, regardless of the number of members in the room. Requests to divide or consolidate folios after the stay will not be accepted.
- Membership has no predetermined termination date and may continue until such time as Pacrim Hospitality Services Inc. decides to terminate the Pacrim Participates Program, at any time, with or without notice.
- Pacrim Hospitality Services Inc. reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change any of the terms, rules, procedures, conditions, benefits, rewards or reward levels pertaining to Pacrim Participates Program at its sole discretion. All interpretations of the Pacrim Participates Program terms and conditions are at the sole discretion of Pacrim Hospitality Services Inc.
- Specific Pacrim Participates Program benefits and services have been established for all members; however, additional benefits and services offered by participating hotels may vary.
- Pacrim Hospitality Services Inc. is not responsible, and assumes no liability, for changes or discontinuation of hotel participation or partner services, which may affect the program.
- Your personal information will be used for solely for the purpose of providing you with services at our hotels, observing your requests, improving our services, developing and informing you of additional services provided by Pacrim Hospitality Services Inc., the Pacrim Participates Program, or by any direct business partners that may be of interest, or answering questions you may have.
- Occasionally, we will send you communications with information and promotions offerings from the Pacrim Participates Program, which may be useful to you. We may also use, disclose and communicate your personal information if required to do so by law, including by an order of any court.
- Benefits are provided only to Pacrim Participates Program members during their stay.
- Agreement contract must be signed within 30 days of issuance to be valid.
- Agreement may be cancelled, by either party, with 30 days notice.
